It is a generic version of the medication otherwise known under the trade name Ativan. Mylan 457 (Lorazepam) belongs to the class of drugs called benzodiazeoines which are generally used for treatment of anxiety disorders and as sedatives. Mylan 457 is a rather strong pill to be used initially, as normal initial dose of Lorazepam is 0.5mg (taken twice daily). But the pill is scored, and it can help you break it into two halves easily.

M 321 Pill

Some of Mylan pills are not indexed with the word "Mylan", they only have the letter "M" on them. One of such examples is Mylan's M 321 Pill. So one should by no means start treatment taking whole Mylan 777 pills at once, as it may cause severe adverse effects.

The pill of Mylan's Lorazepam is indexed "MYLAN 457" and contains 1 mg of Lorazepam. The only difference between Mylan's generic version and the medication distributed under the trade name Ativan is probably the name itself. Otherwise you get the very same drug with the very same properties. Apart from the fact that the generic version is cheaper.
