What Is Your Mylan Pill or Capsule

We are starting this blog as an addition to our Mylan Pills website.
We are studying the problem of identifying different pills and capsules that have "MYLAN" with some other letters and numbers imprinted on them.

Sometimes you find such a pill (or a capsule) in your child's room, and you may wonder what kind of drug it is. Perhaps, it is dangerous? Or one of your relatives has got some health problems he or she does not want to speak of? Or you are just not quite sure of the medication that has been prescribed for you, and look for more details.

Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc is a well-known American company. It manufactures generic versions of popular medications. Each Mylan pill/capsule has some letters and numbers imprinted on it. So, you may easily find out what chemical is "hidden" under those symbols. The only problem is that the information you need is not always so easily available. You have to browse through several websites doing your search before you find the proper description and, perhaps, images to compare your Mylan pill with them.

We are trying to solve this problem by collecting all the necessary details and keeping them "in stock".

For example, you've got an orange capsule with "MYLAN 4010" written on it. What kind of medication is it? The number 4010 says that it is Temazepam, also known as Restoril. The capsule contains 15mg of Temazepam. The medication is used to treat insomnia. More info and an image of the capsule you can find at this page: Mylan 4010.

And so on. We continue developing our project, adding more pages for more Mylan products.
