mylan 5050

Mylan 5050 is a little yellow capsule with black imprints "MYLAN 5050" on both sides. It is used to treat insomnia, so it may be called a sleeping pill. Its active ingredient is Temazepam (Restoril), a sedative medication. Each capsule contains 30mg of Temazepam, twice as much as another Mylan's generic - Mylan 4010. Temazepam also features anticonvulsant properties and it is used to manage seizures in adults. Though it is highly effective, its use as an anticonvulsant is rare due to its sedative, hypnotic and motor impairing properties.
